AutoBanc is a banking software specifically designed for Nigerian Microfinance Banks. It has being in use since 2005 by many Microfinance Banks in the south-east and south-south region. For each of the banks, the AutoBanc is tailored to their specific needs it has all the required capabilities including EFASS compliance, sms alert, auto generation of monthly CBN returns in the most current master file. it's very flexible and also affordable. There is no limit to the number of simultaneous users. You can print any report for any date provided you perform the Day-End operation for that day( used to mark the end of the days transaction and archive the balances for the day so that it can be referenced at a later date). As an error/fraud check, no transaction can be posted to any date once the day end for the date has been performed. 

For those with branches and cash centres, AutoBanc is the best for you as it includes a feature that will allow you to merge the reports from all the separate offices into one. ie It will be installed as a stand alone database in all the offices but you can collect the backups of each of the database for any particular date and merge them together into a single database so that you can print your reports of general nature especially CBN returns, balance sheet, P/L etc. This solution is for those who can't afford the cost of networking the separate branches together. If you can afford to network all your offices, AutoBanc works perfectly well over the network.
